Ground Floor - Front door entrance beneath a climbing Grapevine into beamed ceiling lounge, complete with wooden floors, a ‘real open fire, contemporary style brown leather sofas, Bang and Olafsen TV, DVD, occasional furniture  and a wealth of special touches to enhance any stay. Brand new well equipped Kitchen including gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, wash/dryer machine, dishwasher. Large Conservatory with dining table for 6 overlooks the beautiful courtyard garden. An organic herb garden for your convenience is another special feature.  The courtyard garden includes a patio area.

First Floor

A delightful staircase leads to the upper floor which includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bed configuration allows for flexible accommodation arrangement. The master bedroom includes a zip & link double/twin bed - this can be made up as either a  King-size double or twins but please order in advance. The second is a four foot single/small double. Beds are made up with duvets for arrival and bedrooms have ample storage and are furnished to a high standard. The modern bathroom includes a white suite comprising of Spa bath, shower, basin and WC. Travel cot available if required (own bedding to be brought)
